What you'll do:

• Welcome children and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Lead or support age-appropriate lessons, worship, and activities.
• Encourage participation and help manage classroom behavior with patience and grace.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow volunteers.
• Be a Christ-like role model through your words, actions, and attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

• A heart for children and a desire to see them grow in their relationship with Jesus.
• Reliability and a commitment to serve on a regular schedule.
• Team players who can follow lesson plans and adapt as needed.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and any necessary training.

Time Commitment:
We ask for our small group leaders to serve bi-weekly, at least, in order to form meaningful relationships with the kids in their group.  Additional time may be needed for preparation or special events.

Working in kids ministry is such an awesome privilege and we are glad that you are interested in serving with our kids.
