Youth Team

The Youth Team exists to disciple and invest in the next generation of leaders. We create a fun, safe, and Christ-centered environment where students can encounter God, build authentic relationships, and grow in their faith.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build genuine relationships with students through conversation, encouragement, and presence.
  • Help lead small groups, facilitate discussions, and support teaching times.
  • Assist during youth services, events, games, worship, and outreach nights.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere where every student feels seen, valued, and accepted.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Adults or older students with a heart for mentoring and investing in youth.
  • Faithful, patient, and encouraging people who model Christ in both words and actions.
  • Team players who are consistent, relational, and able to engage with teenagers.
  • No need to be "cool"—just real, available, and loving.
Time Commitment:
  • Weekly youth services (typically one evening per week).
  • Optional leadership meetings, events, and retreats.
  • Flexible based on availability, but consistency is important for building trust.

Why It Matters:
Teenagers are making life-shaping decisions about identity, faith, and purpose. As part of the Youth Team, you have the opportunity to point them to Jesus, walk with them through challenges, and help them discover who God created them to be.

It takes a HUGE number of caring and committed volunteers to make even one service or event happen and we would love to have you on our team!  Once you fill out the form below, we will email you the background check and Sexual Abuse training as soon as possible.
