- Enhance Worship Experience
- Manages audio, video, lighting, and visual aids to create an environment that helps people engage more deeply in worship.
- Ensures sound is clear, visuals are visible, and distractions are minimized.
- Support the Message
- Projects lyrics, scriptures, sermon slides, and videos to help convey the pastor's message effectively.
- Enable Outreach
- Livestreams services, manages online content, and handles recordings—extending the church's reach to shut-ins, remote members, or seekers exploring faith online.
- Ensure Reliability
- Prepares and tests all tech systems before services or events, reducing the risk of distractions or failures during worship.
- Facilitate Ministry
- Supports events like baptisms, weddings, funerals, youth nights, and conferences with needed tech services.
- Assists other ministries (e.g., children’s church, small groups) with technical needs.
- Behind-the-Scenes Servanthood: Tech team members often serve quietly and faithfully, embodying humility and a servant’s heart (Mark 10:45).
- Gospel Amplification: Tech enables the gospel to go beyond the church walls (Matthew 28:19–20).
